AIEEE 2009 Admit card receiving problems | AIEEE 2009 admit card Important details
So many students are getting their admit cards who appeared in AIEEE 2009.But there are many candidates who did not receive their admit card till now.If you are looking for that information or looking download AIEEE 2009 admit cards.Then read the below importany announcment by AIEEE.
The Admit Card will be sent by post “Under Certificate of Posting (UPC)” to the candidates (including those who made application online) about four weeks before the conduct of the examination, however, the Board will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise due to loss of admit card in transit.
It will be the responsiblity of the candidate to contact/write to the Board in case he/she is not in receipt of the Admit Cards by 6th April 2009. Such requests be sent to
Assistant Secretary (AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2 Institutional Area, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110 092
with 2 photographs (as pasted on the Application Form), one should be attested by Principal of the institution where candidate is studying/passed XII or by the gazetted officer.
Photocopy of the Application Form, proof regarding remittance of fee (photocopy of the Demand Draft/Challan) in respect of those candidates who have made application online, and the original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get a duplicate Admit Card.
Such request for issue of duplicate admit card should accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary,CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi amounting Rs.50/- as fee and additional Rs.30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates.
Request for the issue of admit card after the examination will not be entertained.
In no case the duplicate Admit Card would be issued at the Examination Centres.

what is the gaurentee of getting duplicate card when original is not recieved. Taking time constraint and candiadates eagerness into account duplicate card should be issued at the examination centre.

I got my admit card from CBSE office located at IP Eatste, Patparganj New Delhi ( behind National Victor Public School) very close to NH24. 1. Check the application status on the net, if every thing is fine you would have been alloted a test center, etc. 2. Take your Application No. & go to CBSE office or ask some friend in Delhi, Noida to help. You don’t need any documents, just the Application No. 3. CBSE has opened a window for Duplicate AIEEE admit cards. 4. Fill a small form available there ( it only asks a. Appl. No., b. Candidate’s Name, c. Date of Birth, d. Father’s Name e. Mother’s Name) 5. Pay Rs 50 cash to Window saying ” CASH Rs 50″ there will be a small queue. 6. They will print the duplicate admit card and deliver from another window nearby calling Names of the Candidates.
It all takes 20 to 30 minutes. Though I went with attested photos, DD of Rs 50 and copy of form + proof of dispatch etc, none of it was used. This works only if your application was processed correctly and status is clear on the net. Good Luck
