::Must HAVE Winamp (Any Version)::

First, things First your speed has to be at least 256/64 kbps (which means Dial-up users, will have alot of latency, just dnt bother)

Second, your going to have to have a domain, an updated one with the current i.p active. (Could be anything e.g. My sig)

Now, Your gonna have to download the Shoutcast Files.

Go to www.shoutcast.com to get the files.

Ok After downloading these, installing Both of them in any order i dnt care. Go to START>PROGRAM FILES>SHOUTcast DNAS>EDIT SHOUTCAST DNS CONFIG.

Ok your gonna have to Configure it:

Go Down and where it says password: change (that means your gonna have to change it to whatever, make sure u remember)

The Portbase: change it to whatever port you want it

Maxusers: (lets be realistic here, dnt put in 10000, like NXS’s radio station) your bandwidth has to be extremely good, if your cable, 50 user max is ok, ADSL should stay below 10 users, and T1 connections should do whatever tickles there fantasy.

EDIT>SAVE.

Open winamp, RIGHT CLICK>OPTIONS>PREFRENCES>DSP EFFECT> and choose the NULLSOFT SHOUTCAST.

Go to OUTPUT, and then click on Connection, Through the ADDRESS, type your address which you have done through www.no-ip.com, PORT NUMBER, whatever u did in the EDIT.txt, and your password.

Then go to Encoder, and choose your quality of your music. Go back to OUTPU>OUTPUT CONFIG> YELLOW PAGES. this is your advertisemant information. dow hatever you like there.

Now Connect. to check that your Radio os on-line go to http://(your address that you added in the prefrence)

DEll not to launch Music Player before Holidays-WSJ

REUTERS – Dell Inc has decided not to launch its ambitious digital music player tied to online entertainment software before the holidays, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Dell could not be immediately reached for comment by Reuters.
Earlier this year, Dell was testing prototypes of a mini MP3 player based on an entertainment software called Zing, for an expected fall release, the WSJ said citing people familiar with the matter.

Dell’s foray would have put it into an Apple-led market that has defied assaults.
The WSJ cited a source as saying Dell had finally decided to hold off on the music player indefinitely but to proceed with the Zing software.

Zing software organizes downloaded music and movies on PCs.

Dell’s first foray into the music market in 2003 was a huge disappointment. It withdrew from the music-player market after its DJ Ditty player failed to make major inroads.

And they’re generating electricity for over a thousand homes on shore.It now is the world’s most ambitious, working wave farm for generating electricity. It is part of Portugal’s national effort to become energy self-sufficient as Denmark has done since the 1970s oil crisis. Portugal is not a wealthy nation and has no coal or petroleum. So wind and water and sunshine are their favored sources of energy. Portugal is also one nation encouraging local cities to become zero emission communities. It is an Edinburgh-based firm that developed the technology. The company is Pelamis Wave Power and Portugal is their first commercial project. Here’s Pelamis’s website. Their original 40-million pound investment came from a variety of venture firms and utility companies. Two private firms are their clients in Portugal: Enersis and Babcock and Brown. Pelamis has projects approved for the Orkenys, Scotland, and another off the Cornwall Coast in southwestern England. Gus, the world’s ugliest dog(1999=2008) dies of Cancer

 Gus, the one-eyed, three-legged pooch who was rescued from a bad home and went on to be deemed the world’s ugliest dog, has died. He was 9.

That’s according to the St. Petersburg Times. The Chinese crested dog had been suffering from cancer.

Gus competed against 11 other dogs to win the annual World’s Ugliest Dog contest at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Northern California this summer.

Gus came from humble origins: According to the fair, his adopted family in Gulfport rescued him after learning he was being kept in a crate inside someone’s garage.

He had one leg amputated because of a skin tumor, and lost an eye in a cat fight.

After winning $1,600 in prize money, Gus’ owner said it would be put toward the dog’s radiation treatment.

 

He was bald, except for a white plume on the top of his head. Liver spots freckled his pale skin. He had one bulbous brown eye (the other had been claimed years ago, in a cat fight) and wobbled on three spindly legs.

He was Gus, the world’s ugliest dog.

The tiny, hairless Chinese crested, whose owner lives in Gulfport, was crowned in June at the Sonoma-Marin County Fair in California and quickly became a worldwide celebrity. He was flown to New York, featured on the Today show, Fox & Friends, Rachel Ray. Animal Planet ran a special on him last month.

Monday morning, the world’s ugliest dog died in his owner’s arms. The skin cancer he had been battling had wrapped around his spine. He had lost half his weight and was in a lot of pain, said his owner, Jeanenne Teed. On Monday, when he began struggling to breathe, she knew she had to put him down. Gus, who she had rescued as a puppy, was 9 years old.

“He took me to amazing places,” she said through tears. “Who would have thought, that one little dog with no hair …”

SRK Launches $2.1 Billion Boulevard in U.A.E.

The development project, a tribute by ‘King Khan’ in response to the love and affection shown by the people of the U.A.E. to Indian cinema, Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard will be located on the Dana Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is the latest in the series of endorsements and signature developments that are coming up in Dubai with names such as Brad Pitt, Boris Becker and Tiger Woods continuously doing the rounds.

Khan will work closely with Los Angeles based architect Tony Ashai in the design concept of the beachfront community comprising 10 residential towers, it was announced during a press conference here.

Announcing the project with T.S.A. Group, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Indian cinema has enjoyed strong emotional ties with the U.A.E. and Arab cine-goers for decades. The Arab world is Hindi film industry’s strongest foreign market.

“Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard is my tribute to the love and affection shown by the people of the U.A.E. to Indian cinema. I have lent my name to the project and I intend to share and transfer my passion for design and living spaces into this world class community that residents will be proud of.”

Scheduled for completion in 2012, Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard will have residences including specially designed studios, and one-and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses. It will also have beach front features piers and boardwalks besides marine sports and leisure facilities.

Shafi Toffic, President of T.S.A. Group, said, “With a fan base of over three billion people worldwide, Shah Rukh Khan is the most successful name in the movie industry globally. It is our honor to be associated with him to develop a premium, resort-style community on Dana Island, Ras Al Khaimah, a fast developing tourism and lifestyle destination offering peaceful pristine surroundings.”

Tony Ashai, Principal, Ashai Design Corporation, U.S.A., commented, “This project is very special to me because of Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement in the concept and design.”

Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard will be part of Dana Island, which will eventually house several hotels, a shopping centre and commercial complexes spread across 6.3 million square metres.

T.S.A. Group will showcase the boulevard at Cityscape Dubai 2008 running here from October 6 to 9. Rakeen is the master planner and development arm of the Ras Al Khaimah government in the UAE.

How can an ordinary man have breathtaking goose flesh igniting awe inspiring love story of all things to tell? but guess what-love does not differentiate betweeen the ordinary and exceptional, the uninteresting and interesting, the unattractive and attractive, because love knows no distinction. It can happen to anyone and once it does it engulfs us into it completely and given us those miraculous experiences that only love can yield.
This is what happened to Surinder Sahni(Shahrukh khan) a simple clean hearted honest man working for punjab power leading a humdrum life meets his total opposite and finds love, when he meets his total opp and finds love in flamboyant funloving vivacious- Taani (Anushka) for whom the whole world is her canvas and she paints her own life with colors of rainbow all until unforeseen circumstances changes it all and bring them together.

What follows is a journey filled with laughter tears joy pain music dance and a lot of love. a journey that makes us believe that there is an extraordinary love story in every ordinary jodi!

What I like about the stills that the story still cannot be guessed. We can see there is some sort of dance storyline in there…but there is sumo wrestling, the motorbike, the scooter, there is so much to it for example the car in the living room.
I am just wondering how they involve the love story between the two, there is no signs of typical romance in the stills and that is what I find clever from Adi!
